Useful guide for young people aged 16-25 on resolving SEND disagreements

The guide, 'When people can't agree - special educational needs and disability (SEND) complaints: a guide for young people in education', has been published by the DfE.

It is designed to be as accessible as possible for young people themselves and gives advice on what to do if you are unhappy with the help you are getting at school or college. The DfE suggests that parents and organisations supporting young people with SEND may also find it useful.

The guide is well worth looking at to see whether it is suitable for the young people with whom you work.
