Call for evidence on funding for SEND and AP
You have until the end of the month (31st July) to complete the survey on funding for SEND and those who need Alternative Provision. This is a very important opportunity to let the DfE, and government, know the issues and challenges which you are facing as you provide support for children and young people with SEND.
The call for evidence has been released because the DfE is very much aware of the concerns that exist across the system, and they want to collect as much evidence as possible from everyone affected so that they can use the outcomes to consider future policy.
The Council for Disabled Children is running some workshops across the country, so that some of the themes can be discussed. You can register your interest in attending one of these events at firstname.lastname@example.org: please include your name, role, organisation and email address.
We would urge nasen members to complete the survey as fully as possible.
