Nasen Conference Programme 2009

In 2009 nasen will deliver an exciting programme of events supporting special and additional educational needs and disabilities and focussing on ICT, The role of the SENCO, Autism, School Leadership and ADHD, Autism, Asperger’s Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.

Every Teacher is a teacher of special and additional educational and disabilities though in some settings this may not be as obvious as in others. Nasen events are aimed at anyone who works with children and young people with special and additional educational needs. We make every effort to ensure that each event contains elements that support both primary and secondary education.

Nasen events aim to help:

• Develop knowledge of special and additional educationial needs and disabilities.
• Keep up to date with legislation and create policies for your setting.
• Improve skills in working with children and young people with special and additional educational needs.
• Provide opportunities to explore new ways of working.
• Provide opportunities to work with colleagues from similar settings.
